Hi, I’m Kyrene. I’m an occupational therapist who supports adolescents and adults to find their footing again—whether that means regaining independence, adapting to change, or simply making life feel more manageable.
I’ve worked with people from many walks of life, including those living with neurological conditions, psychosocial challenges, sensory preferences, physical and intellectual disability, and age-related changes. My approach is person-centred and practical, blending coaching, self-compassion, and values-based strategies to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Having lived with chronic and mental health challenges myself, I understand how important it is to feel seen, heard, and supported. Occupational therapy gave me the tools to reconnect with my own strengths and values—and now I help others do the same.
Outside of work, I’m fluent in Tagalog, a mum to two young adults, a hobby gardener and swimmer, and a proud pet parent to a trio of whiskered wardens who keep life interesting.
You’re always welcome here—just as you are.
